Dr. Abeer Saad is an experienced professional with over 24 years of experience in the field of education and accreditation. She holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration from Ain Shams University. She also has a Higher Diploma Certificate in organizing instructions from Nevada Virginia Las Vegas University in the USA.
Dr.Abeer has earned several accredited certificates in professional and personal development, including leadership, communication skills, and team diversity. She has also received accreditation as an Educational Consultant for Cognia Accreditation and STEM Certification.Dr. Abeer has served as a Cognia Team Member, External Review Team Member, and STEM Team Member since 2013.
Throughout her career, Dr. Abeer has held various leadership positions, including General School Director, American School Principal, and British School Headmistress in international schools in Egypt and the UAE. She has also worked as an English Advisor for native English Teachers in the UAE and as an English Curriculum Development Specialist in the Sheikha Fatima Female Association and Academic Head in Creative Kids Academy Abu Dhabi.
Abeer's expertise in education and accreditation has been recognized through numerous achievements. She recently earned the highest score in Cognia globally, leading to her school being recognized as a School of Distinction. Her diverse background and extensive knowledge in accreditation and educational reviews have been further enhanced through multiple training certificates.

With 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am a passionate educator and a certified Montessori Directress from MEPI. As the Head of Foundation Stage and Early Years, my vision is to create a nurturing, inspiring environment where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to grow—academically, emotionally, and socially. I believe the early years are the heart of lifelong learning, and I’m honored to lead a team that shapes those first steps with care and joy.
I believe in creating a joyful, hands-on learning experience that sparks curiosity and builds confidence. My approach focuses on teamwork, continuous learning, and strong partnerships with families to support each child’s journey. By combining play, exploration, and care, we help children develop the skills they need to grow into happy, capable learners ready for whatever comes next.
